Service Appointment So I took Bella (my new, blue 2017 Sonata) for her second service appointment. I appreciated being able to get an appointment that was convenient for So I took Bella (my new, blue 2017 Sonata) for her second service appointment. I appreciated being able to get an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. They got me right in and out. I was able to wait comfortably in their waiting area where refreshments, tv and magazines were available. Rob explained to me what services Bella had received and when her next service would be. I paid my greatly discounted rate (thanks to the terrific service plan I have that includes free oil changes as long as I own my car) and drove happily off into the sunset (ok, maybe not sunset since it was 1:30 in the afternoon, but you get my meaning) The only room for improvement I might mention is that I was unable to schedule my appointment online and the chat person was only able to suggest that I call. Minor annoyance but something someone should take a look at. More
