Sold me a death trap I purchased a vehicle not even a year ago and the car has so many issues that are safety issues. When i put the second set of new front tires on the vehicle and getting an alignment done the mechanic informed me that the 2 coil springs in the back are broken and the car never should have had a sticker put on the car. There are so many more issues with the car. But i guess that is why you have to go to their garage for the first sticker. When i purchased the car i agreed to make payments for the car not for repairs as well, ( not repairs that should not be wrong ) More

Great experience, don't buy the terrible extended warranty I worked with Anthony in the "Gonic" location on 125 to buy an Audi S5. I was dumb, and opted for the extended warranty. DO NOT TAKE THIS WARRANTY!!!!! It is through First Extended Service Corporation. Crazy expensive, and I am trying to deal with an issue now, it has been 2 weeks and 5 hours since I first dropped it off at the Euro shop. The shop put the claim in the same day I dropped it off. I have made 8 phone calls to the warranty company. Every single person who answers the phone are beyond rude. Put you on hold, hand up on you, send you to voicemail boxes that you never hear back from. It has been a complete run around, all because they have already been paid, and do not want to pay out. They basically string you along hoping you just give up. I'm in sales, and sell extended warranties, never have I had a customer have this kind of trouble. I have read my contract over, and spoken to the shop, as the warranty company claimed they had to send an adjuster out to see the issue themselves, and the parts are all covered in the contract, yet here I sit, without a car....still. I have made some calls to the dealer, I have had so-so help from them. Called yesterday to talk with Anthony, the manager, for him to call up the warranty company on my behalf. He was tied up according to the young lady who answered the phone. He never called me back, and today is his day off. Knowing a customer had a problem, I would think they would want to get in touch with them faster than 2 days later. More

I saw that they were a non-comissioned sales staff, so that makes me happy. Dan, the manager there has been like a dream to work with. He does what he says and stands behind his products. I bought a Mazda CX-9 from First City. Firstly, it's an amazing vehicle. Also, there were a couple of minor things that I wanted to have looked at when buying the vehicle. Not only did they let my own mechanic inspect the vehicle before purchase, but they also fixed those things that were important to me and took responsibility for them. It didn't cost me an extra dollar. Let's top it off with them giving me and my toddler a ride home to put my car in the shop for a few hours. When I picked it up, it was bright and Shiny and the brakes were brand new. They work with Healey's Auto in Rochester. Healy's staff is personable, friendly, and extremely intelligent. I would use them for any auto repair and maintenance needs. Overall, I think First City and Healey's make a great team, and combined, I have had a 5 star experience. I will be sending referrals and appreciate the relationship we have. Thanks for everything First City. Your team is fantastic. Highly recommended! More

Used Ranger Dealer allowed me to have truck inspected by my mechanic. He found issues with air conditioning, brakes, tires, 4-wheel drive, and frame. They disputed age cracking on the sidewalls of the tires, fixed the brakes and did not address the other three major issues. I bought the truck at a discount and had my mechanic fix everything but the air conditioner (winter is coming). More

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This is the second car I have bought with them, and would go back again to buy my next car for myself or for any one i looking to purchase a vehicle.
