I have been going to 1st jeep since I bought my Jeep there and never had a problem. Obviously the service department has changed hands and the woman is very rude. Telling a repeat customer 2 months be there and never had a problem. Obviously the service department has changed hands and the woman is very rude. Telling a repeat customer 2 months before they can even diagnose there check engine light and the car is shaking. Then being absolutely nasty about being short handed and nothing she can do. I will never go back to 1st jeep. I called Station Jeep on Friday afternoon and they are taking me Monday. Very pleasant conversation with the service girl and thanked me for my business. Maybe 1st Jeep can learn from others! More

I had an great experience buying my 2021 jeep wrangler from Lou. I wish I could say the same about the service department. First I was told oil changes are free but then got a call saying it would be $1 from Lou. I wish I could say the same about the service department. First I was told oil changes are free but then got a call saying it would be $120. When I said I thought they were free I was told I was supposed to be signed up for a program which is not at all what we were told. The jeep I purchased came with dual tops. When I put the soft top on I noticed it had tape on it and the stitching was ripped. I then was not able to close it. I brought it to a different jeep dealership since it was about to rain, they spent over an hour trying to get it to close without charging me and told me the top was faulty and to bring back to where I purchased it. I brought it back to your dealership and was told that it's not under warranty and would cost me $900 just to figure out what's wrong. I paid for the dual tops and can't use the soft top. I have a new car with 20,000 miles on it and couldn't drive it when it was going to rain when the soft top was on, not I am without a car for today. I bought a new car so I wouldn't have issues like this. When I asked to speak to service manager i was told that they were too busy and to call Chrysler. Not only are your service people not helpful but rude. I will never buy a car or use your service department again and will pass this information along to everyone I know and will post all over social media. A new jeep is not cheap and this shouldn't be my headache. More
