I received a recall notification and I called NA Chrysler Dodge & Jeep and the service department was very helpful by confirming that they had the correct recall part available and I set up an appointment - Dodge & Jeep and the service department was very helpful by confirming that they had the correct recall part available and I set up an appointment - when I arrived, the service dept was very courteous and I waited in the customer waiting area, very clean and neat with coffee and snacks available - it took about 30 minutes and I was in my way More

Had a bad PCM, bought a new one, installed it, then found out the VIN had to be programmed into it for emissions purposes. Had the vehicle towed to them around 5pm, the car was ready around 11am the foll out the VIN had to be programmed into it for emissions purposes. Had the vehicle towed to them around 5pm, the car was ready around 11am the following day. I picked it up around 3 that day after work. Extremely pleased with the quick turnaround. Thank you to everyone I worked with, and the tech that completed the procedure. More
