Horrible customer service This place is unprofessional and over priced. They claim they didn't get to me because i didn't have an appointment. They also claim my advisor was keeping in touch thru text. I didn't get a text till I was on the phone with her causing a scene because I was so pissed off. I called her 3 days in a row leaving multiple messages and got nothing back! Then i find out my car is only half fixed. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE! More

What happened to your dealership it was so much better before the new building. There are no chairs to sit so you have to stand. There is no place to park. Your dealership looks unorganized cars everywhere. I pick up my Jeep and go stand in line because you can’t sit no chairs. I get to the lady behind the bullit proof glass and pay she gives me my keys your Jeep is out there. I had an oil change and inspection while it was in for airbag recall. I drive out lot go up to rt 1 go to take a left turn and a warning light comes on a says your left rear tail light is out. I spent way to much time in your parking lot at 90 degrees. I sure hope you don’t do this to all your handicap customers. More

Stripped oil drain plug I went here for an oil change. On my next oil change at their E. Providence location I was told that whoever did my last oil change stripped the oil d I went here for an oil change. On my next oil change at their E. Providence location I was told that whoever did my last oil change stripped the oil drain plug. Not to mention I had to pay an extra $22 for the plug and N. Attleboro also charges $25 more for an oil change AND I called the manager 2 times and left a message and he never returned my call. Atleast call me and apologize. I will NEVER return to this location. More
