Service was quick, however their answering and transferring system needs much work. Automated never worked past several days using it. HYUNDAI dealership using same system. Pleased my Grand Cherokee could be repaired within one day of request. Not happy that perks I was given when purchasing this vehicle no longer apply...free car washes, First maintenance package prices end day of request.
