I met with Mitchell who had Stephen work with me to show me the truck, test drive, and run the numbers. It was a quick negotiation as the RAM 1500 was well priced in my estimation and research. Fair offer on my trade-in and no let's talk to manager shenanigans. Ghulam took me over the options educating me on protections available to me without high pressure sales. Financing was straight forward. I arrived in the morning and left that afternoon with my used RAM. Stephen was so wonderful a person and very helpful the whole time...even let me know of a great lunch place nearby while I waited.
