Service was quick, however their answering and transferring system needs much work. Automated never worked past several days using it. HYUNDAI dealership using same system. To whom it may concern: I am currently on my 4th Ram and this weekend purchased a Jeep Wagoneer for my wife. The Wagoneer is my third car from First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my second truck wit this weekend purchased a Jeep Wagoneer for my wife. The Wagoneer is my third car from First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my second truck with Mark Calzo at First Chrysler this past December. The experience went so well, I didn’t even shop around to other dealerships for our Wagoneer. I own my own business and I know how hard it is to find good people. My business involves sales as well, and I always tell my employees that a good salesman is just a good “service” man. Take care of the customer’s needs, highlight what the product offers, and never make them feel pressured. I have leased different cars over the years from many dealerships, most just made you feel like a number. Get you in the car and get you out. I wish I had a dozen Mark’s working for me. He was a pleasure to deal with (as well as everyone else at the dealership). Mark kept in touch with me over the past months since I purchased my truck not only to follow up if I was pleased, but he knew I wanted to purchase a Wagoneer when my wife’s lease was up with her Cadillac and kept me updated on the status of the color and style she wanted. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful. It is not only a huge expense but a big commitment as well. Working with Mark and the rest of the team at First Chrysler was a pleasure. I look forward to continuing our relationship when my lease is up in 3 years, as well as when my two teenagers get their license and their first car in the next couple years.
