I will be making a formal complaint to the State of Georgia Consumer Protection Division so I won't go into great detail here. But we were a few hundred off on our trade-in. We got home and realized they didn't give us a copy of the actual sales contract so I went back for it. That's when I saw that they added that same amount to another line in the contract. Of course, the manager got involved and gave a very lame excuse for it but it was so blatantly obvious. They did correct it but only because I caught it. Buyer beware!! More
