The time waiting was very short and when the work was completed the Service man came to me and explained the work done and the total cost. I currently own multiple Dodge vehicles. One was purchased at this dealership. This morning I had a terrible service experience and have decided I won't be back for service or any further One was purchased at this dealership. This morning I had a terrible service experience and have decided I won't be back for service or any further purchases. Had a 9:30 am appointment for a simple oil change. Waited for 2 hours with zero updates on my vehicle. At 11:30, and being the only customer in the waiting area, I had to find my service rep, Aaron (even though he walked past me in the waiting area multiple times over the two hour wait) to ask for an update on my oil change and was told that he didn't know what the status was, but that my car "was back there". I asked that he go to the garage and check on a status, since he didn't offer. He came back and said that they hadn't even started on my car. No explanations, no apologies, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked what the point of making an appointment was to still be waiting 2 hours later and still not even have someone start on my car, and he said "I don't know". At that point, I asked for my car and keys back. After two hours of my morning gone, I left without any service done, and still, no apology. I know that sometimes appointments get backed up, but the absolute lack of customer service was appalling. It was as if I didn't matter and neither did my time. I know how "5 star" ratings on service reviews work and I have been asked every time I've had service, to give 5 stars in the follow-up survey. Ironically (or not), I was not sent a survey request for today's appointment. More
