I would normally give a 5 ⭐ but this time I think the service department let me down. I had my Mom bring my Jeep in for front brakes and they said it will take 2-3 hours.... wrong it took them 5 hours. service department let me down. I had to call and ask what was going on because no one came and told my my anything. The original service guy went home ill so I had to ask if some could tell me what was going on with my Jeep and why are you making my Mom wait over 5 hours? I hope next time this doesn't happen again. More

We were looking to purchase a new Ram truck with a couple of specific options. Thankfully 1 of only 2 that was close to our options was located at Finnegan Chrysler , Rosenberg.
