Went in for a check engine light. It took 3-4 days to diagnose the issue which I knew what the problem was and shared with the service representative when the vehicle was dropped off. The service representative was nice but the timeframe and communication could have been better. It took 9 days for the repair. There is a long waiting list for available loaner cars so be prepared to rent a vehicle or be without yours for a while. If the repair was a larger I would understand but for a check engine light sensor I would expect that to be taken care of quickly. I didn’t feel a sense of urgency to repair the vehicle and get me back on the road. More
