Bought a Ram 2500 from the dealership new. Took it in for service stated it had some shaking, they checked it out and said everything was fine. Shaking continued took it to a different shop. They found the frame to be cracked and should not be driven it was too dangerous. This dealership had me back on the road in an unsafe vehicle. Took it back and they will not take ownership for something that’s clearly a manufacturers issue. A 2017 frame doesn’t just crack. Now I can’t even get the shop supervisor to even return or answer my calls. More
