Service reps do not return calls and finding out when your vehicle will be done is like finding a yeti on a tropical island. We were lied to on multiple occasions about when our repairs were started and your vehicle will be done is like finding a yeti on a tropical island. Went in for a scheduled oil change that I set as an appointment three days earlier for 9am Monday morning. Arrived 10 mins early. Car was taken in a few minutes later as you would expect. At the 60 m appointment three days earlier for 9am Monday morning. Arrived 10 mins early. Car was taken in a few minutes later as you would expect. At the 60 minute mark I was told " we had to give the guys in the shop a little nudge to speed things up". Keep in mind this is an appointment scheduled EXPRESS LANE service. At the 90 minute mark I went into the service office and asked what the deal was. I was told " there were other cars in front of me , to which I replied " why are there appointments offered "? Was told he did not know as appointments are " not guarantees " to get service. The car was finally delivered back to me at the 120 minute mark. Started the car, oil % was not reset , the next service sticker was not replaced and the washer fluid reservoir was left open. The issue here is appointments are offered but you might waste half your day. I prefer to change my own oil for this very reason but the scat pack I drive came with 7 prepaid changes so I am using them . If I walked in without an appointment I would completely understand. Going forward I will arrive 10 mins prior to the service department opening so I can avoid dealing with this garbage again. More
