As a handicapped person sometimes people overlook you or pass you by but there were plenty of people willing to offer help. The process of purchasing the vehicle I had in mind was very streamlined and efficient. At no point did I feel overwhelmed; Sammy made me feel like the ball was in my court and they were willing to make the purchase work for both of us. More
Just a horrible service department. Kept lying to me when it would be ready. "We have 2 senior techs working on it"....for 3 weeks. I went unannounced and found my engine still in parts days later. I lost $5000 on buying a new purchase( Acura) with this trade in. No one is in charge here. Old school set up...I need to talk to my manager. No, manager needs to grab a set and meet with customer. As in "scent with a woman" movie....I'd take a flame thrower to this place. My opinion as an Engineer I could run this place better and I know nothing with sales. I know how to meet with people and be honest. Do away with those stupid glass walls with a "pit boss" in charge. My Acura dealership was awesome with buyers....This Jeep place is so behind times ands needs to change. More
My car suddenly would not start on a Friday that I needed it the most due to a family emergency so I had it towed in into the dealership. In the end, he was able to get my car in line for diagnosis, and the main issue was fixed on time for me to pick it up before the office closed for the weekend. More
All the staff were amazing, everyone was helpful treated me like family, they weren’t pushy to sell a car they let me take my time and see what I liked. From this point on they have my business. I went in for an oil change and a wheel alignment. I got more than I expected. They did a complete check up on my vehicle, washed it and vacuumed the interior and also looked and found out there wS a I got more than I expected. Was the worst service experience out of the 10 years of owning my Jeep Rubicon. Even though I have a lifetime Mopar warranty, the Jeep sat in the back for two months even though I told them it overheats an owning my Jeep Rubicon. Even though I have a lifetime Mopar warranty, the Jeep sat in the back for two months even though I told them it overheats and uses a quart of water. When they claim they fixed it new thermostat and a new fan. I picked it up and it overheated that same day. I had to take it back then they assured me that there’s nothing wrong. It’s still overheats at 245° consumes coolant. More

Worst Dealership in the country these people are trash at the body shop and service and Jeff Davis is pathetic how can you take a vehicle somewhere 3 time and they still can't fix it but you was happy to cha the body shop and service and Jeff Davis is pathetic how can you take a vehicle somewhere 3 time and they still can't fix it but you was happy to charge $4000 to the insurance but done faulty work but I called Stellantis and they sent me to Gillman Dodge and they fix it the first time and Stellantis charged that extra $1100 back to Finnegan Dodge in Rosenberg Tx so please Beware of these crooks they dirty and low down and yes I'm the same guy that financed that $104,000 truck from there but you want to mistreat the customer because all you had to do was fix my wife jeep right the first time these people are ridiculous More
