They will look you in the face with a smile knowing that they are lying to you. I’ve had 2 interactions with them and the first time was 3 days after my purchase and they were off the charts rude, I gave th they are lying to you. The 2nd time was for a scheduled oil change in which I had an appointment. 2hrs later for an oil change and tire rotation, when they looked me in the eyes and told me 45minutes, is nowhere acceptable! It’s definitely has made me not to ever do business with this service department again. They offered zero explanation as to why or any apology for any inconvenience. While I was waiting, I talked to 2 others that were highly disappointed as well so it wasn’t just me More
