I took my truck in for a technical issue and was told it would be about 3 days until it gets a diagnostic test complete to find out the issue. This is even after scheduling an appointment for a drop off at would be about 3 days until it gets a diagnostic test complete to find out the issue. This is even after scheduling an appointment for a drop off at 8:30am. It turned out it took 5 days to finally get the diagnostic complete then an additional 3 days to fix. My biggest issue was the customer service being terrible in not providing a status/update. I had to be the one to call on day 3 requesting a status to only receive a response that there wasn’t an update. I understand if they are backed up or busy, but a courtesy update would have been nice. Even after the diagnostic was complete and the issue was found on the 5th day, I still didn’t get an update. Again I had to call requesting for one. Finally, after I called the 3rd time on day 7, I was told it would be complete the next day for pickup. Communication is key! A simple 3 minute phone call with an update or even text goes a long way in customer service. Even if there isn’t an update, just knowing the status is good enough when you have to plan your schedule around one car with a family. More
