I took my truck in for a technical issue and was told it would be about 3 days until it gets a diagnostic test complete to find out the issue. This is even after scheduling an appointment for a drop off at would be about 3 days until it gets a diagnostic test complete to find out the issue. This is even after scheduling an appointment for a drop off at 8:30am. It turned out it took 5 days to finally get the diagnostic complete then an additional 3 days to fix. My biggest issue was the customer service being terrible in not providing a status/update. I had to be the one to call on day 3 requesting a status to only receive a response that there wasn’t an update. I understand if they are backed up or busy, but a courtesy update would have been nice. Even after the diagnostic was complete and the issue was found on the 5th day, I still didn’t get an update. Again I had to call requesting for one. Finally, after I called the 3rd time on day 7, I was told it would be complete the next day for pickup. Communication is key! A simple 3 minute phone call with an update or even text goes a long way in customer service. Even if there isn’t an update, just knowing the status is good enough when you have to plan your schedule around one car with a family. More
Sales staff is very professional, honest, and forthcoming about their vehicles. My sales person was very knowledgable about my choice of trucks and its features. Overall, the entire staff at Finnegan were ve about their vehicles. My sales person was very knowledgable about my choice of trucks and its features. I’m very please with Finnegan and will purchase my next vehicle there. More
Made an appointment for Thursday, brought it in and was told that it was in a “que” and wouldn’t be able to look at or diagnose it until the following Monday. Whats the point of an appointment. My vehicle told that it was in a “que” and wouldn’t be able to look at or diagnose it until the following Monday. Whats the point of an appointment. My vehicle has an extended warranty and I was not able to get a rental (off site) until the vehicle had been diagnosed. Needless to say, I took my vehicle elsewhere and will never take it back. Finnegan’s lack of qualified mechanics is not my problem. More
