Last service visit for JUST an oil change/rotation took 3+ hrs! Glove compartment was ransacked with some contents left on the front floor, lug nut adapter left in front seat and was originally its holde 3+ hrs! Glove compartment was ransacked with some contents left on the front floor, lug nut adapter left in front seat and was originally its holder in trunk......poor performance even though prior. 3 yrs of service were fine.....now I'm thinking of going elsewhere for just an oi, change/rotation in the future.
