Pending a resolution at this time We bought a 2009 AWD Saab 9-7x from Finish Line Automotive, in Hudsonville, MI in late August, 2014. Unfortunately, we found out 2 1/2 months lat We bought a 2009 AWD Saab 9-7x from Finish Line Automotive, in Hudsonville, MI in late August, 2014. Unfortunately, we found out 2 1/2 months later when it snowed that there were problems with driving the car in snow... It turns out that it is not AWD at all...it's rear wheel drive because the front drive shaft has been removed! The garage it is at right now is thinking that the front drive shaft was most likely removed as a quick fix to hide/mask major problems with the transfer case, front drive train,etc. It most likely needs at least $2,000 in repairs to make it AWD again.
