Bought a used BMW . Represented as perfect . Made the mistake of paying and then having car delivered on basis of representation. Have had to put over $1300 into body work and needs $800 more for various mistake of paying and then having car delivered on basis of representation. I became a victim of these people too. I tried to leave but they pleaded with me that the car was in great condition including the brakes. I got to Orlando and service lights came on. I found there were no front brakes,these had to be replaced asap. I questioned to breaks to them,was assured that they were fine!!I then drove to Ohio and found out the transmission had to be replaced. I am stuck in Ohio with 2 small children in an unsafe vehicle and no money to pay for the repairs roughly ($3,000.) I have repeatedly tried to contact Moe but he will not return my calls. I've had the car a week and it has been in the shop more than I have driven it. I think everyone should contact the Florida Attorney General's Office or we should get a class action law suit together. More
