I'm a college student living on student loans, and I had a budget. He tweaked some things for me and got me the best possible deal for the service. I was able to afford it and my car is running like a dream. The service took two hours and there was a complimentary shuttle service that was willing to take me anywhere. I got an email and a phone call back from Phil Deasy who was very helpful. He had the car I wanted on the lot and we ended up striking a deal over the phone. Car shopping the fun and easy way! Two weeks ago, my husband and I stopped at Flagstaff VW, which was to be the first of many dealerships we planned on visiting. By mid-afternoon the n Two weeks ago, my husband and I stopped at Flagstaff VW, which was to be the first of many dealerships we planned on visiting. By mid-afternoon the next day, we had purchased not one, but two cars, a Volkswagen Beetle Convertible and Scion Hatchback Both were used but each was in almost pristine condition and exactly what we wanted. Finding the perfect car, as we all know, is just the beginning of the game, but Flagstaff VW made the entire car buying experience enjoyable and quoted us very fair prices. They made us feel like we were the only customers in town and bent over backwards to make us comfortable the entire time we were there. We worked directly with Phil Deasy our Sales Consultant, Neal Coppola the General Manager and Kirk Wade, Sales Manager. The shop atmosphere was relaxed and you couldn't help but feel a bit spoiled. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. I know that Phil would have taken us out on test drives with every car on the lot if that was what we wanted. We were impressed from the moment we first arrived until the final signatures were dried. Best Service You Will Ever Find! We bought a small used motorhome on a VW chassis in Phoenix and intended to drive it home to TN by way of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Had some troub We bought a small used motorhome on a VW chassis in Phoenix and intended to drive it home to TN by way of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Had some trouble after leaving Sedona as the motor would not start. A nice man tried to jumpstart it, another tried to start it difderently, but no luck. First tow truck was too large. Second tow driver found we had an anti-theft steering wheel that just needed to be jiggled and we were once again on our way. It was very late and we stayed in a campground. But, the next morning, same thing. So, we went to Findlay to have it checked out.and found the nucest peopje there. Jeff had an employee drop us off at Denny's while they looked at it. They checked it out and told us how to deal with it and explained some other things. They had it for over two hours and didn't charge us anything. The building is spotless, they have coffee, restrooms are spotless, but all that is nothing compared to the helpful attitude of Jess and his crew. We continued on our trip with no other problems, but were comforted to know the vehicle was running as it should. More
