Traveling fr Writing a note of praise, which I rarely ever do, just because the great service I received from Findlay VW in a time of desperate need. Traveling from San Diego to Albuquerque for my son's Air Force graduation ceremony (next day), I pulled into Flagstaff at 5pm in my older Audi A4 and noticed my brakes failing so I first went to the local AutoZone thinking low fluids. They were not helpful indicating only an Audi dealer could help me. A customer standing by suggested the local VW dealer but the employee reiterated again that was incorrect and that I needed an Audi dealer (nearest is 2 hrs away in Phoenix). Needless to say, I took the customer's advice over the employee's and pulled into Findlay VW at 5:20pm finding the service bays closed. Still I went in asking for help. Jess and Josh stepped up to the plate and took a look at my car, having already closed up the shop. The team work of Josh diagnosing the problem in minutes, locating the replacement part and repairing it, and Jess taking care of all the paperwork, had me back on the road to Albuquerque in less than 45 min. Exceptional service is an understatement. These guys were friendly and a pleasure to interact with as well. People like Jess and Josh makes even unpleasant experiences, like repairs, seem quite painless. Great, great service and thanks a million!!! More

The recall event was addressed and my car was ready, washed and delivered back to me. Sure, I had to do my research, sure I had to hold out to get the price down a bit more but the constant professionalism (Rob, Robert, Phil and Kirk) and lack of dirty tricks made me come back in the end and get the car I really wanted for the price I was quite pleased with.
