My issue with the service department is that they tell you they will give you an update on your vehicle with four hours of dropping it off and I never get an update. I felt very rushed. The salesman seemed like all they wanted to do was push for the sale. And when it was time to do the final walkthrough and set up, I was barely helped to get everything right. I had to come back several times to get my second key fob. And when I got my car, the exterior was completely dirty. When I asked about it, the salesman responded that it rained the night before. He even told me to let him know when I was coming so he could wash it before I came. He made it seem like he didn’t offer to wash the car until someone else talked to him about it. I just felt very under appreciated and not taken care of as a customer. Salesmen like him always made me never to want to buy a new car. This was my first and probably last time buying a car from Findlay Toyota. More
