The server should know how to deal with the customers , updating the service and not leave the customers up to the texts sent to them. , what if the customers doesn’t have phone and will just wait until updating the service and not leave the customers up to the texts sent to them. , what if the customers doesn’t have phone and will just wait until the end of the day.. some some of the server needs more orientation of their job.
