Finley needs to service vehicles like they were their own cars. Not try and sell me on a front end alignment that needs to be done, when it didn’t need to be done. My other dealer doesn’t try and upsell me on stuff I don’t need during warranty service. Also my car was sprayed with a black substance during service and no one looked at it prior to giving it to me, although I was told several times “your car looks great”. I also saw scratches on my paint close to were they were working for warranty service. I had to point them out. No one noticed my car had that damage. My issues were resolved, but my trust in Finley Toyota is gone. More

Satisfactory Service. I felt like a number. I felt more like I was just hearded through the process for service A. I suppose it's what's to be expected from a high volume I felt like a number. It kind of loses a personal touch, even though they are professional and efficient. Oh, and lastly, they have a $6.00 "shop fee" that you are not informed about until at the end when you go to the cashier. No one was able to explain what it was for. Their responses led me to believe even they don't know. It sounded like a mumbled "It is what it is". More
