Had to wait 5 minutes for service advisor, but it was 12:00 noon lunch hour. Everything went smoothly after that, including complementary car wash. Findlay Toyota has treated me very well so far since 2012. There is only a worry I have with my now 4 year old Yaris AI. Often, the ignition button does not start the engine. Went in for the free 15k service and had one issue with the radio. The service dept supposedly did an upgrade to solve the issue. The problem re-occurred on the drive home from the dealership. Toyota just doesn't know how to fix it. The advisor did tell me that Toyota recommends a wheel alignment and tire balancing at 15k. I knew they were just trying to make some money because Toyota doesn't recommend it in the maintenance schedule. More

I am not one to rate dealerships, but Findlay Toyota is definitely worth the time. I have been going there for at least four years now and they always provide exceptional service! I would like to give definitely worth the time. I have been going there for at least four years now and they always provide exceptional service! I would like to give a special mention for Al Fantone. I needed service on three Toyotas one 2004 Corolla, and two Camrys, a 2002 and a 2007. He went out of his way to make it affordable and even enlisted the help of a manager for us. He saved us a significant amount and was only too happy to look out for us. It was comforting to see that the dealership was happy to help him help us. Definitely not the norm when dealing with dealerships. I have had transmission work, A/C work, gaskets replaced, tires checked and rotated, break work, automatic windows fixed, (These automobiles are 17 to 14 years old), not to mention all the routine maintenance. I can hop in any of these vehicles and drive across the country and back with the peace of mind that they were maintained correctly by people who treat the vehicles like they were there own! I would also mention that they have courtesy pick up and drop off from your home, cool water in the customer waiting area which is super clean, and very pleasant employees who always check to ensure you are being helped. More
