I have been a loyal patron of toyota. All our cars are purchased from findlay. My family has always been satisfied with its services not until my last maintenance visit. The service consultant did not even bother to meet me.Unlike my previous service consultant who explains everything to me, the recent just send me an email. As a patron I feel there is personal touch when my service consultant take time to meet me and explain the services.I left the service center disappointed. What sells a company is not just its brand but the people. Not looking forward to my next visit. More

I feel that the dealership is great. Chantelle Kraft is my Service Advisor and I think she is the GREATEST one there. She always takes car of my Highlander like it was her own.
