I called at 7:25 AM to add to my service. Service person didn’t answer my call. Left message after second call. As a result request for smog test was not completed. I was very pleased with the service on my last visit. The service advisor helped with making sure all services were up to date. I recently had to get a new phone and had difficulty with syncing the pho The service advisor helped with making sure all services were up to date. I recently had to get a new phone and had difficulty with syncing the phone with my 2011 truck. The service department required extra time to update the bluetooth capabilities so the phone would be compatible. The service advisor made sure I was aware of the extra time and steps that were required so the phone would sync up properly.
