Great Maintenance! ! Now management they will do anything to approve you for a car but, when they sale you a 2024 recalled, Your xxxx out of luck!! They will do anything ! They will do anything in their power to provide/sale you a less valued car but your loan will still remain they same. It's ridiculous!! You feel like you just been cheated by CROOKS! You think they would do anything to accomadate for the inconvience. But, not when it is only inconvient to you. Your car worth can be 52,000 not including whole loan. Management will try to provide/sale you a car worth 20-30,000. Its all about their money. Like I said, sale employees, Maintenance, their basic employees, are great, Very family orientated. It is strictly management! They will act like they care but they only care about their money, not yours!! Just be careful best advise I am able to provide. Hope this helps. First Salesman glared at me when I said no to his deal. To Findlays credit they assigned me a different salesman. When I purchased a vehicle, the Finance Manager tried to do some creative math. I told him explicitly that I did not want my purchase of an extended warranty to be financed period, as I used a credit card to pay. After double checking my paperwork, I found out that he financed almost $700 of the $3700 that I paid in cash. My advice to prospective car buyers at Findlay is to double check your paperwork when you get home. More
