Matt, my service writer, was very knowledgeable and kept me updated. Your best ambassador to Findlay Toyota is James at the snack center. I watched James greet everyone who came for coffee or whatever with me updated. Your best ambassador to Findlay Toyota is James at the snack center. I watched James greet everyone who came for coffee or whatever with a kind smile and a good morning. People who came in with a frown, left with a smile after a short moment with James. He kept everything clean and neat. I was honored to spend time visiting with him. We need more people in the world like James. Thank you for having such a ray of sunshine to lift the spirits of people who are not always happy spending money to repair their vehicles but the greeting from James seemed to make the whole experience less painful.
