Service department is excellent. It's easy to make an appointment when you want it and the service reps are all very friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Even though th It's easy to make an appointment when you want it and the service reps are all very friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Even though there was a delay in ordering a part, I was kept informed of the expected delivery and completion of my service. I was also given a free loaner for the delay. I highly recommend Findlay Toyota. More
