They took extra time to ensure that we got all the features/options that we were looking for in the style/model that we were looking at. There were a few features we couldn't find with what they had available, and rather than trying to push us to something that didn't have it, Bob took the time to find it through a sister dealership. Their primary focus was on getting us exactly what we asked for. Once we had decided on moving forward with a purchase, Robby was great to work with on pricing and trade in. In the end, we felt that we got an honest and great deal without any hassles. Alondra then also spent a lot of time and effort in explaining all of the in/outs of the vehicle and all of the technical features/capabilities before we left. Since purchasing the vehicle, both Bob and Alondra have followed up with us just to make sure things were going well, and to find out if we had additional questions, comments, or concerns after having the vehicle for a few weeks. They really make you feel like a valued customer and they really work hard to change the old stereotypes associated with car buying. It was specifically their knowledge/experience, attention to detail, approach-ability, and willingness to work with us on a personal level which sold us. I can't say enough good things about them. They had just got it in that day and Kim remembered what I was looking for and the price I wanted and she took it upon herself to reach out to me to let me know they had this great truck for a great price.
