I originally was going through the Costco Auto Program, which directed me to only one dealership, almost 2 hours away. Neil Yannitelli, sales, Mark Johnson, Manager, and Johnny, in finance, were fantastic. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and found me the perfect Rav4. They beat the costco auto program by $3000! All with a smile and a promise to always provide good service, and I believe it. I am so happy that I went to Findlay of Prescott!
