Alan was a delight to work with. Our relationship started off "rocky"(at least from my end), as he had just offered to buy my old Prius on the day I was told that it was not economic Our relationship started off "rocky"(at least from my end), as he had just offered to buy my old Prius on the day I was told that it was not economically feasible to fix it. When he replied, my husband and I set up time with him to go over our options. We love Findlay Toyota, having had our Prius serviced there and purchased our husband's RAV4. Their service is top-notch, and we have always had a great experience. Alan contributed further to the impression that we have formed of Findlay Toyota. Once we decided on buying a new RAV4 Hybrid SE that was still being shipped from Japan, Alan kept us constantly apprised of its whereabouts and when it might arrive at the dealership. It came MUCH sooner than we had anticipated, which greatly helped us with other commitments. Alan made the purchase process pain-free and listened to our asks. He is reassuring, a straight shooter, and courteous. Johnny from Finance added to our experience when he made closing the purchase hassle-free and took us through the many papers in a light-hearted manner.
