When I dropped off my car I was told 1 - 1. 5 hour wait and it was 2.5 hours making me late for my appointment. I probably won’t come back. There was another guy waiting for 3 hours, and apparen 5 hour wait and it was 2.5 hours making me late for my appointment. I probably won’t come back. I always come here with my 2018 Murano and have only had minor inconveniences, but I feel like they actually do care if you know exactly why you are going and will do their best to resolve any issues. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and is very easy to talk to so I know I can ask her anything. Not sure who covers as her supervisor, but someone get this girl a raise!! More
