Pulled into the bay area, earlier than our appointment was scheduled. The lady came out in seconds to greet us and see what we were there for. She directed us inside to our service writer Chris. We told him about our issue we'd been having, and bringing it in to the other Nissan dealership for months now. He said they would take care of it, and let us know when it would be ready. The communication was great. Got an email with all of the details of the issue, prices, and within that hour, he messaged that it was ready for pickup! All in all from start to finish, it was a simple, smooth an easy experience, this time around. Definitely highly satisfied with this experience, and will be back to this location for all future maintenance, on both of our Nissan's. Thank you Chris & Team!! More
