Overall the service was good. There was hesitation to remove the air intake to gain access to the valve cover that was leaking. The valve cover was under warranty and I had a ph There was hesitation to remove the air intake to gain access to the valve cover that was leaking. The valve cover was under warranty and I had a photo of an oil leak into the rear spark plug chamber. The serviceman only removed the front 2 ignition coils and spark plugs which did not have leaks. Ultimately, after I showed Chris the my photo of the oil leak in the rear driver's side spark plug chamber, the valve cover was replaced under warranty. Other than that issue, the encounter with the Nissan service department was pleasant and professional. More
