Gone downhill Been coming here 15 years but lately just horirble advisor service! Last week was quoted a certain amount only to come pick it up it was more than double for the same service without telling me. Been called a liar and technician ripped off the plastidip on my wheels, again, without knowledge or consent. Never even told me what they did. A month ago I went in to have safety-related issues fixed, picked it up only to find out they NEVER fixed it in the first place, They just let me drive off. Needless to say, and never come back. I am a Nissan owner now a part of the Findlay Toyota family down the street. Good luck. More

Servuce Dept very good, sales and finance depts not good We have purchased 4 vehicles from Henderson Nissan. The finance guy who sold us a worthless third party warranty from Xzilon is no longer working at We have purchased 4 vehicles from Henderson Nissan. The finance guy who sold us a worthless third party warranty from Xzilon is no longer working at Henderson Nissan nor is our salesman. We relied on Henderson Nissans previous up front policy which is no longer in effect. They outright lied and mislead us when describing how this warranty works. Xzilon will do anything to avoid fixing your vehicle. They went over the extended warranty policy but NEVER mentioned all the exclusions that are not covered. We will never purchase a vehicle again from this dealership. The current sales manager, Randy, couldn't help us, and the finance manager is pretty much worthless in the after purchase problem area. I must point out ,Mike Foote, Service Manager is very helpful and courteous on the few times we had a problem. Shane, our service writer is also very helpful. More

Service Review 2017 Nissan Rogue - Zim The Service Department is always in order; however, I'm assuming that because this is the only Nissan Service Department in the area, the waiting peri The Service Department is always in order; however, I'm assuming that because this is the only Nissan Service Department in the area, the waiting period is extremely long. The people in the Service Department work at warp speed, but the system as it exists is broken. I have no choice but to go to this particular Nissan because of it's convenient location. If I had another choice, I would take it only because of the long wait...certainly not because of the very good service. Also, there is always so much confusion when I pick up my car after service is completed. It seems that either my car cannot be located, or no one sees me standing there so I am ignored by the person(s) who are responsible for retrieving my serviced car. Once my car is driven up to me, it appears that the Nissan representative's responsibility is "over and done"....heaven forbid if I should have a question or need help adjusting the screen on my dashboard...which is NEVER returned to where it was when I left the car for service. Admittedly, when I can get the attention of someone to assist me with the dash screen, that person is always very accommodating. More

Quick and easy oil change I called for an oil change appointment and told that is "first come, first served" so no appointment needed. I got there around 10 am thinking it wil I called for an oil change appointment and told that is "first come, first served" so no appointment needed. I got there around 10 am thinking it will take all day and was pleasantly surprised within about an hour or so, I was told my car was ready. More
