August 12 i had my Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Serviced at Henderson Nissan. Service seems great but questions on the charges. I had paid for a 3 oil change special program previously. Also Serviced at Henderson Nissan. Service seems great but questions on the charges. I had paid for a 3 oil change special program previously. Also asked for the required maintenance required for the 25 K schedule but did not receive a copy of same. Service writer gave me a mixed up estimate and never went over the final charges or the 18 point inspection results after service was completed. Very disappointed in service follow up or explanation of the final bill. Prior service at Henderson Nissan was great this one really was below satisfactory. Return visit is unlikely...but came highly recommended by my neighbor! Thank you! Ray Case More

Gone downhill Been coming here 15 years but lately just horirble advisor service! Last week was quoted a certain amount only to come pick it up it was more than dou Been coming here 15 years but lately just horirble advisor service! Last week was quoted a certain amount only to come pick it up it was more than double for the same service without telling me. Been called a liar and technician ripped off the plastidip on my wheels, again, without knowledge or consent. Never even told me what they did. A month ago I went in to have safety-related issues fixed, picked it up only to find out they NEVER fixed it in the first place, They just let me drive off. Needless to say, and never come back. I am a Nissan owner now a part of the Findlay Toyota family down the street. Good luck. More

Servuce Dept very good, sales and finance depts not good We have purchased 4 vehicles from Henderson Nissan. The finance guy who sold us a worthless third party warranty from Xzilon is no longer working at We have purchased 4 vehicles from Henderson Nissan. The finance guy who sold us a worthless third party warranty from Xzilon is no longer working at Henderson Nissan nor is our salesman. We relied on Henderson Nissans previous up front policy which is no longer in effect. They outright lied and mislead us when describing how this warranty works. Xzilon will do anything to avoid fixing your vehicle. They went over the extended warranty policy but NEVER mentioned all the exclusions that are not covered. We will never purchase a vehicle again from this dealership. The current sales manager, Randy, couldn't help us, and the finance manager is pretty much worthless in the after purchase problem area. I must point out ,Mike Foote, Service Manager is very helpful and courteous on the few times we had a problem. Shane, our service writer is also very helpful. More
