My ex-husband purchased the car for me at this location 3 years ago. He also purchased the extended warranty. I think it was $2500. Every time I call or ask what is included, everyone there says "I don't know." I was surprised that I had a $100 deductible on the repair...so I tried to inquire further. Someone (I think) named Rick? said he would email it to me. He didn't;t like my attitude so he hung up the phone. I was pretty upset when I called..but tried to explain. It had been several tries to find out what was wrong with the car. Also, the person who sold Nick Perrone (ex husband) said he could transfer the contract to me when I moved to Las Vegas a few weeks later. Everything is still in Nick's name. We paid several hundred to the Motor Vehicle dept to straighten THAT mess out. And after 3 years of telling Henderson Nissan that everything SHOULD be in my name by now....they NOW tell me it can't be done. Nick did this as a gift and didn't expect to be tied to it forever. He has purchased at least 5 Nissan vehicles at this spot in less than 20 years for my daughter, me and himself. Until now they have been good experiences. We won't be buying another Nissan. My 3 year old car runs like it's 15years old....and its the first one kept in my garage, loved and cared for. BUT THANKS to Mike the Manager. He took the car personally after the first few visits, and the car does run a bit better. He made me feel important. Reuben was very kind also. He tried...but he goes by what the service people say. Mike finally ran diagnostics on it. This should have been done the first time. I live quite far from there. Thanks for your reply.Catherine Perrone 407-721-8533
