My visit to this dealership was very pleasant and sal made my process very simple and quick. Sal was very detailed and made my bill very ear on my charge. I have one complaint though, my car was not washed and it had the techs handprints all over it and had some chemicals that ran down front fender over the headlight. Passenger side. And I wasn't considered for the recall on your failed transmission. But besides that everything sal said was done to my satisfaction. Thank you More

Service was excellent. The news that it would take over $5,000 for repairs was not. That means....I have to take to a mechanic that will not be "Nissan" approved. The transmission is a known problem but th $5,000 for repairs was not. That means....I have to take to a mechanic that will not be "Nissan" approved. The transmission is a known problem but there was no alternative mentioned and no mention of any extended warranty up to 100,000 miles to help cover the expense. I'm disappointed in Nissan for not honoring this extension. More
