They lack communication, from my experience they don’t call you when a part is back in stock on a recall for your vehicle. I have to call the, then they well check if the part is in. By the time I am call call you when a part is back in stock on a recall for your vehicle. I have to call the, then they well check if the part is in. By the time I am calling it in it’s been 2-3 month. Doing follow up on open orders, they don’t do. This past Service I had to call to make sure the part was in and it was but they never got a call letting me know if I don’t call they would have never told me. They definitely improve their follow up and communication on everything. More
