Absolute worst service. I took my Rogue in when the service engine light went on. After the 3rd trip, there was shaking in my car. After multiple trips I was told I needed n I took my Rogue in when the service engine light went on. After the 3rd trip, there was shaking in my car. After multiple trips I was told I needed new tires on a 3 year old car. On the last and final trip for the shaking and after sending videos, I was told again the my car needed new tires to stop the shaking. I said I'd go elsewhere. The car hasn't shaken since sending the videos. I'm assuming your tech workers fixed their original mistake, DID NOT own up or take accountability for said mistake, and still tried to get $700 out of me for "new tires" which was NEVER the issue. I will never take my car to this location ever again. More
