Great service and communication from Ed, the Service Writer. Prices were as quoted with no surprises at pick-up. The Service Technician however, did not securely tighten up over ½ of the lugs on my w Writer. Prices were as quoted with no surprises at pick-up. The Service Technician however, did not securely tighten up over ½ of the lugs on my wheels after replacing both of the front control arms ($825). Wheels were not torqued or even hand tightened. No one called to ask me where my key to the lock nuts were (which are in the truck) and so they just cut mine off and used theirs. More

Every time I go to this Nissan dealership to get my 2016 Pathfinder serviced I come out satisfied. My car feels better than when I came and they always get me out quicker than the time they quote.
