I cam in on a Saturday. I sat in my car wating for someone to come out and greet me. After 15min then someone told me to go inside. When I went inside I did not get greeted. I was not spoken to other someone to come out and greet me. After 15min then someone told me to go inside. When I went inside I did not get greeted. I was not spoken to other than tell me of the other things that I need to pay for witch came out close to 500.00$. I sad no but I do need my Tire pressure fixed and my wind shield wipers replaced. Than I was handed a piece of paper and was told it would take an hour and 45 minutes. I waited 2 hours. During the 2 hour wait I had a sales person from the dealership come up to me and pressure me to buy a 2nd car when I was already servicing my 1st. I tried to tell her in several different ways that I was not intrested But she kept pushing me and I had to end the interaction with "I want out of this conversation you're making you feel uncomfortable." In the past when I came to the dealership there was always as separate seating area for people getting service so that the dealership sales people didn't bother us. At the end my experience was very poor and if I may have been greeted or treated like I mattered to the service sales person instead of a burden maybe I would have spent that $500 but I was treated as an inconvenience.
