Service department has a problem telling customers the truth.Last Saturday I set a appointment for a Monday night drop off for a cold start problem for Tuesday morning appointment with service advisor Ed, truth.Last Saturday I set a appointment for a Monday night drop off for a cold start problem for Tuesday morning appointment with service advisor Ed,he was off that Monday so another advisor checked me in.First problem was Ed forgot to schedule the appointment.Tuesday morning still had not heard from Ed,so I drove to the dealership,Ed has no clue what was going on with my car.Service writer who checked me in Monday said they duplicated the noise and the car was in the shop being looking at.Problem number two,the car was parked out front in the customer pick up area,service Manager PEdro and a tech come out to start the car.The car did not duplicate the noise,as I told them it has to be a cold start.I told Pedro I would come in Wednesday morning,leave the car again over night for the cold start.SErvice Department opens at 7 am.Pedro told me not to come in until 8:15 to 8:30 as that is when the techs start.Problem three,Pedro told me the car was started at 7 am and the tech did not not duplicate the engine rattle,but I was told not to come in Wednesday morning until 8-830 am as that is when the techs start.The service department has a problem telling the truth.
