If I could put a negative star I would. My wife went into this place after they called her many times to turn in her lease into a new Nissan lease with no strings attached. Told her we will take care of the remaining months on your lease, for signing a new 3 year lease . She wanted to a new car and thought why not. She asked a few times if this was the bottomline and even read the lease. I read the lease. Some how, one way or another there was added paper work and now was liable for the remaining 7 months on her lease AND the new lease. In God s green earth I have no idea why an Ivy league educated person like my wife would have turned in her car and pay 7 months remaining and take on another car payment. Literally had two car payments for 7 months and had one car. SCAM!!!! I went in and confronted the manager Matt Cavanaugh after he was very rude and upset my wife over the phone. When I went into the store, he only told me to have a good day and to never come back. I have never been so upset in my life. I cant believe a big company like Nissan can let this happen or even have a mananger like Matt Cavanaugh is besides me. I will now and forever, let everyone know about what happened. I will always let anyone who wants to know what happened to us and do anything I can to keep potential Nissan buyers away from this place. PLEASE do not go there. I cannot believe the SCAM that was pulled and we could not do anything about it without affecting our credit. Matt Cavanaugh I hope you are fired by now. ** Buyer Beware ** My Salesman told me one thing about the "Out the Door" price and when I got back to the Finance Dept. 1) Caught them changing price on paperwork, called them out and they corrected that the "Out the Door" price and when I got back to the Finance Dept. 1) Caught them changing price on paperwork, called them out and they corrected that error after challenging it (I had a text message from Salesman) but refused to honor the 2nd part of the deal. My Salesman bad mouthed the dealership next door (Towbin), told me Henderson Nissan would not play games but yet thats exactlty what they did. In my opinion, they are no better than the dealership they bad mouthed. I should have gotten up and walked out at that point but I didn't... If I had it all to do over I would have left. The car is fine but in my opinion, I am not impressed with this dealership. They sold the car, they win, but I wouldn't go back and I suggest anyone else be careful. More

I recently sent a few requests out online to some dealerships to get information on cars in my price range. I was pleased to see that within 3 minutes of sending a request I was contacted by Robert dealerships to get information on cars in my price range. I was pleased to see that within 3 minutes of sending a request I was contacted by Robert Stewart, the Internet manager at Henderson Nissan. He was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions and concerns. I decided to go in and meet with him. I knew within 5 minutes of meeting Robert that I could put my trust in him on helping me find the right car. I decided to buy a new Nissan sentra. I am so happy with it! This was my first time at Henderson Nissan but because of Robert Stewart my overall experience was phenominal! I will definitely send everyone I know over to this dealership to buy their cars from Robert.
