Eric looked like a nice guy and actually was for quite some time. I wanted to special order a new frontier and took one they had on the lot for a test drive. All was well Eric and I walked back into the dealership he asked if I was ready to order, then the HELL began. He asked for 8k down and I would still have payments of over 600. (shock therapy). They told me the info I had printed directly from nissanusa.com was incorrect and tried to throw every scam I had ever heard of (once being in car sales myself). i was a little hesitant about buying a car in general. I hate high pressure and will leave first. Douglas Nissan did everything RIGHT. My wife and I have purchased different vehicles from various brands for quite sometime now, and our experience in some of those dealerships range from dreadful to extremely unpleasant. Which is why every time we buy a car, we try a different dealership. <br><br>Attempting our ‘luck’ one more time, I drove my wife to a store that I have not heard of - Douglas Nissan in the Valley Automall.<br><br>In our recent quest of purchasing a new car, we have already prepared ourselves to be treated like the previous appalling encounters. Nevertheless, there’s one young man that deserves top-quality recognition. Ben Sahagun have shown my wife and I that there is always one company that stands out from the crowd. Our buying experience was painless, and quite enjoyable I might add. This young gentleman had a vast knowledge of the Nissan products, and other brand names. Ben’s talents were exceptionally valuable as he was exceedingly accommodating in every way possible.<br><br>Anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the future, and want a trouble-free experience, please don’t disregard Ben Sahagun from Douglas Nissan.
