Brandon was patient, knew the information I needed in order to ensure I was getting a car that had everything I wanted and was very funny too! I had a friend with me to assist with my purchase who kept him on his toes and he still remained confident and calm. Brandon sold me the car I needed and I am quite pleased with my purchase and his customer service. Brandon remained professional and was more than willing to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase I was making. Keep him around! They listened and really took the time to explain everything in the process of buying my new Rogue! They were super knowledgeable and went over all the details and features of my SUV. I'm terrible with names and don't have my paperwork right here to look, but I believe the service manager, Victor, was very nice and super patient. My phone wouldn't connect to the blue tooth feature, (but I have a rather old, android). He didn't want to give up and tried and tried to get it to connect. (Turns out I need a new phone!) And the gentleman in one of the offices - sorry name escapes me, but he didn't give up working on my financing and got me an even lower rate than I was originally going to get! Everyone was so nice and so helpful and you could tell they all just really love their jobs! (Jack I would nickname "smiling Jack" - you couldn't help smiling along with him! Such a nice guy!) I would whole-heartedly recommend this Dealership and apparently a lot of people are aware of the great team there and the wonderful service because just while we were there, they sold 6 other vehicles, (everyone claps when they do and you ring this silly buzzer - but it was great!)
