I came in to lease a new Altima and the process was smooth. I found the vehicle I was looking for, the numbers were put together for a lease and the deal was completed. The people were so friendly and helpful. They were NOT..IN MY FACE... I really hate that. They let me wander and look at cars and when I was ready they let me take a test drive. Then I had to go back at another time to get a key made because I could not stay the day I bought the car and everyone was once again friendly and helpful and polite. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was referred to Henderson Nissan, particularly Marty (GM) through a co-worker/friend. I went in there thinking I had an impossible request. I have never had a Nissan before and wasn't sure I was even going to like the car I went in to check out, which was a Nissan Rogue. Marty and Gabe listened to my needs and what I was looking for. I drove the Rogue and then the Juke. After driving the Juke, I fell in love with it. I made the deal on the Juke. A day later, I realized I had made the wrong decision. For my current situation and lifestyle, the Rogue would have been the better and more practical way to go. I have two yound kids who are still in car seats, and the Juke was just to small. I expressed my concern to Marty and he took care of the situation with no problem and no questions asked. He just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I ended up in a 2011 Nissan Rogue, and having only had it less than 48 hours now, I am completely satisfied. It is exactly what my family and I need. Gabe was my salesman, and I cannont compliment him enough. He was easy to talk to, he listened to me, he was respectful, funny, no pressure, and just a delight to be around. He made my experience even that much better. Marty made the transition to switch cars easy and painless. He knew I needed to stay within a certain price range for my payment and he did what he had to do to make it work. In the end I ended up getting more car for my money. Not to mention, a car 6 years newer, with lower gas, lower insurance, and a warrenty. Because of all these things, I will definitely purchase my next car from Henderson Nissan and refer anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new or used car to Henderson Nissan. I would also like to add, I was a woman alone buying a car, and not for one second did I feel belittled or taken advantage of (which is the way it should be)and that goes a long way! Thank you Marty and Gabe for making what I thought was an impossible request happen!!! More

After leasing my Xterra I decided to purchase it, however, being very unimpressed with the customer service at Planet Nissan, I opted to try Henderson Nissan. I went into the dealership expecting them to try to sell me on a new car. Especially because my leased Xterra has such low miles and was worth quite a bit more than the residual value quoted at lease signing. I thought for sure they would pressure me. That was the complete opposite of my experience. Anthony, the finance manager made the whole transaction completely painless! I was in and out within a half hour. Amazing! I was also given three free oil changes with the purchase and called with a follow up to see how everything went within a few days. Great service! One of my best dealership experiences ever! More
This dealership is shady and their sales and finance staff are full of scams. They sold me on a new car, when I went in looking for a used one, then they made me a deal, let me drive the car for two we staff are full of scams. They sold me on a new car, when I went in looking for a used one, then they made me a deal, let me drive the car for two weeks, and then asked me to come back and put more money down, because apparently they had not made enough money on the deal. Credit was not an issue, and my income is excellent. They just realized that they discounted the car too much, and then tried to scam me into giving them more money - after I had a signed contract and had driven the car for two weeks, insured it, and had even taken it out of town. I refused to give them more money, and I reclaimed my trade. Douglas Nissan completely wasted my time! I was adamant when I went in that I did not want to waste time, and if they couldn't do the deal within my parameters, then I would just take my car and go elsewhere. It's almost like they were trying to get back at me. "I'll show her - do the deal within her parameters - HA!" I would not give this dealership a dime of my money and I would not recommend them to ANYONE! More
We went in to just look at new Nissans. We were planning on buying from another dealership in town, since my bank had special online for that specific dealership. They had a bigger variety of inventroy tha on buying from another dealership in town, since my bank had special online for that specific dealership. They had a bigger variety of inventroy than the other dealer, so we found the exact car we wanted, from the right color to the right options. Then they not only took the bank's quoted price but they also beat it. I the entire sale including taxes and fees totaled over 1000 dollars less than MSRP. More
