I was ready to purchase a new commuter car, and they had a Nissan Versa listed online for 10,300. I was shocked to find it still there and available. Jack was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. They pulled it out of the showroom for a test drive. We were in and out with no hassles and no drama in less than a couple of hours. Sam handled the financing part perfectly. We already financed the Murano through Nissan Finance, and happily financed through them again. I just picked up the green slip today from Viktor. I know we met many other people. (I'm sorry I can't remember all the names. Everyone was so polite!Great company! Great location! Definitely loyal customers! Its hard to believe you can actually not dread a car dealership. (And by the way, we have loved the Murano as well and never had a single problem. Just basic oil changes.) I recommend Henderson Nissan to everyone! More

They bend over backwards for you! I initially inquired online about a particular trim model and color of a Nissan Murano. Chris answered my inquiry within an hour and told me if they d I initially inquired online about a particular trim model and color of a Nissan Murano. Chris answered my inquiry within an hour and told me if they didn't have one on sight that he'd find us one. An hour later he called and said he found the exact one we wanted on another lot but wasn't pushy so I said we'd be there in an hour and when we arrived it was sitting out front waiting for us. After our test drive they valued our trade and we made a deal in a short amount of time. The staff were all courteous and every manager took the time to introduce themselves at some point during our visit which showex they wanted to make sure our experience was pleasant and NOT drawn out like other dealerships we've been to. After we took delivery Vicktor went into great detail and made sure we knew how every feature in our Murano worked along with aiding in syncing our phones etc. He was very patient and made sure we were comfortable and fully understood all of the functions worked before we left. A few days later we even received two follow up calls from different staff asking how we liked the Murano and told us if we had any concerns or questions for any reason at all to call or come in anytime. Chris & Viktor also checked in with us a week later to follow up as well, Victor even did our registration online for us which was one less thing we had to worry about which made the experience even more pleasant. We will surely recommend Henderson Nissan to all of our friends and family as well as coming back for our next purchase! More
