Do NOT Trust them to be honest or fair Explicitly told salesman we wanted a used V6 Altima with less than 30k miles. He showed us the only V6 he said he had which had 17k miles so agreed o Explicitly told salesman we wanted a used V6 Altima with less than 30k miles. He showed us the only V6 he said he had which had 17k miles so agreed on 15k for the car. After declining to pay 2,700 "reconditioning fee" he checks credit and sends us to financing department. The financing guy then offers "computer protection" coverage for 2,750 which we decline 3 times like he can't understand "no". Then he angrily prints out the contract and tosses the papers onto the table and hurriedly pushes the papers for signing. I later realized this show of anger was meant to distract from carefully check the figures. A couple days later we find the 2,750 were added to the price on the contract. Then when I finally get the bill of sale to register the car I discover it is a 4 cylinder and not a V6 !! I blame myself for so easily trusting that a dealership would treat their customers honestly and fairly and not resort to lying and underhandedly padding the sale. They are worse than I can describe here. I decided to write a review in hopes that others will if not avoid this place altogether, at least they not succumb to these underhanded unethical/illegal tactics. More
Our overall experience was very good. I was in the market for a new car and my grandmother asked me to come here with her as this is where she has bought her last 2 cars and gets them serviced here. They re for a new car and my grandmother asked me to come here with her as this is where she has bought her last 2 cars and gets them serviced here. They recognized her right away and we were treated with courtesy and respect. As my grandmother’s granddaughter, I see and understand why she is a faithful customer to Nissan. More

I rated them very low because I paid 4,000.00 over MSRP. They hooked me with a low monthly payment because of my good credit. I got $3000.00 for my trade in and gave them $5000.00 CASH for a down payment on They hooked me with a low monthly payment because of my good credit. I got $3000.00 for my trade in and gave them $5000.00 CASH for a down payment on a car that had an MSRP of $16,955.00. So if you want to stay away from car dealers who use tricks to rip people off don't buy from them. Granted I let them sucker me in, Don't let it happen to you. Make sure they tell you everything. Base price for the car, You interest rate and how many years on the loan. More

We (me and my wife) recently bought a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 SV in which we were made to understand by the Sales Rep. (Anthony) that the total price comes with window tints, specifically asked by my wife wh 2.5 SV in which we were made to understand by the Sales Rep. (Anthony) that the total price comes with window tints, specifically asked by my wife when I test drove the car. When we picked-up the car the day after the sales deal closed, there was no window tint at all. We brought this up with the Sales Manager (Robert Parker) and advised us to file a complaint with Customer Relations so we could be able to obtain a Case File Number and relay it to him so he could work it out with Upper Management. Parker committed to my wife that he will get back to her either on that very same day he received the Case File Number or the next day. Days passed and we didn't hear anything back from Parker. My wife tried several times to get hold of Parker, but efforts went futile and was left with no choice but to leave voice messages in his phone. After subsequent tries to touchbase with Parker, the phone operator forwarded my wife's call to Brian Mckenna. Brian consoled my wife and was apologetic with what we're going through. He just said that he will talk to Parker about it. Just like Parker, we didn't hear anything back from Brian. We are really extremely dissappointed and frustrated with the unprofessionalism of their After Sales Support team. We felt we've been deceived and was taken advantaged of. Added with our frustration is that the new car also came with a lot of defects (confirmed by the Service Department). The front passenger window bore scratches when my wife rolled down the window and rolled it back up a couple of days after we picked the car up. We brought this to the Service Department and can't find any mechanical part inside the door that could possibly hit it so they just wiped it with Windex which is a temporary solution. We brought it back a few days after since the scratches recur so Service Department said they will further try to dig in what's really causing the problem. The vertically inclined plastic side panel by the front passenger window is also loose and leaves a gap when we press the cushion on top of it. Service Department just got notified about it and might replace the assembly. Really a lot of inconvenience on our end! I'm calling the attention of Marty to please step up and resolve this issue the soonest possible time. Aside from the fact that we didn't feel special as a valued customer on this Dealership, the car that was delivered to us caused us a lot of headaches with back and forth appointments with Service Department. Note: I was also expecting leather seats in the Altima 2.5 SV we bought but what we got were cheap clothed seats. More
Henderson Nissan was the only place I'd had my car serviced for the last 2 1/2 years. Brought my car in with a problem that had developed about a year ago shortly after an oil change at this dealer serviced for the last 2 1/2 years. Brought my car in with a problem that had developed about a year ago shortly after an oil change at this dealership, smoke coming from the engine compartment, and a foul smell coming through the vent when it's set for fresh air. Their recommendation was: Replace valve cover gasket/PCV valve hose Oil pan reseal Transmission side seal Right axle seal Cost: $1,330 Was told the first three items were causing the smoke. Drove the car home to think about this for a week and talk to coworkers knowledgeable about cars. Was told the only thing that could cause smoke was oil leaking through the valve cover gasket. I opened the hood and decided to check the screws holding the valve cover in place. They were all loose, so loose I could remove them with my fingers. I can only speculate how that happened, valve cover screws don't loosen themselves. Spent 30 seconds tightening them. Problem solved, no more smoke, no more smell. At the very best, one can conclude that their mechanics are incompetent to miss such a simple fix, but we know that isn't the case. I'm pretty sure their mechanics know how to fix cars. But auto repair shops don't make lots of money tightening screws, they make lots of money on repairs, whether necessary or otherwise. More
